Files are stored in a automatically created dnn secure folder (/Portals/[id]/OpenForm/Files/[moduleid]).

Uploaded files can be downloaded from email and submissions screen.
Only if you have read permissions on the folder.

Only files with extensions defined in host settings are allowed.
